WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

We love our customers! We understand that sometimes, you might not feel confident in your purchase. You may cancel or change your order within the first day of purchase free of charge. Due to the diversity and size of our offering, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so every piece is printed-on-demand and made custom to order. Because we do not hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one piece of art for another. For this reason, we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving to our wonderful customer. By chance, if your piece arrives damaged, we only ask that a photo of the damaged piece is sent to our Customer Support team, and we will send a replacement at no charge. email: Support@WesHenry.com
